The Virtual Eid Celebration is an online festive employee engagement experience designed for employees and their families. It combines Eid-themed games, cultural activities, festive interaction, and creative workshops to bring the spirit of Eid to remote and hybrid teams.
The celebration can include Eid Mubarak: Grand Opening, Fact or Fiction: Eid Around the Globe, Festive Happiness Hunt, Virtual Tic Tac Toe, Wheel of Fortune Gameshow, Festive Virtual Photobooth, and more. These activities combine cultural learning, games, interaction, and festive entertainment.
Yes. The Festive Virtual Photobooth gives employees an opportunity to wear their traditional or cultural attire and join the celebration on camera. The activity creates a festive visual moment while encouraging employees to showcase their Eid looks.
Yes. Companies can add a Hamsa Motif: DIY Traditional Arabic Art workshop, where participants learn the Arabic pattern art form from a professional DIY expert. Another optional activity is Moon and Stars: DIY Eid Special Origami, where participants create Eid-themed moon and star designs using simple paper.
Yes. A Live Sufi Musical Concert can be added as a 20-minute entertainment segment, featuring professional musicians and creating a culturally relevant musical experience for employees and their families.
Since the experience is online, employees can participate from their homes or offices across major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Gurugram, Noida, Kochi, Goa, Indore, Lucknow, Surat, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar, Visakhapatnam, and Coimbatore, along with other locations across India. The virtual format also works well for globally distributed teams.
The experience is designed for 30–500 participants, with 1–3 professional artists supporting the programme. The format can therefore be used for smaller department celebrations as well as larger organisation-wide Eid events.
