SOS Party – Artist Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between artists (hereinafter referred to as "Artist" or "You") and Stayonskill Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "SOS Party") in connection with your registration and participation on https://artists.sosparty.io ("Platform").

By signing up or submitting any information on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Artist Registration

  • Artists may sign up individually or through an authorized representative.

  • All information provided must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

  • SOS Party reserves the right to accept or reject any artist profile submission without providing a reason.

2. Content Submission and Review

  • Artists (or their representatives) may submit videos, images, descriptions, and performance details.

  • SOS Party may review the content for quality, professionalism, and brand alignment before publishing.

  • SOS Party may suggest edits or revisions to maintain consistency in formatting or to enhance presentation.

  • In certain cases, SOS Party may assist in formatting or uploading content on behalf of the artist. This does not imply ownership or control of such content.

3. Content Ownership

  • Artists retain full rights and ownership of all submitted content (photos, videos, descriptions, etc.).

  • SOS Party does not claim copyright or license over any content submitted by artists.

  • By submitting content, you grant SOS Party a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display the content solely for the purpose of promoting the artist on the platform and enabling potential bookings.

4. Profile Listing & Rating

  • Approved artists are listed on www.sosparty.io/artists or related domains.

  • SOS Party may assign an internal quality rating based on submitted content and past event performance, if any.

  • The rating is a subjective, non-binding measure and does not imply endorsement, certification, or ranking.

5. Artist Visibility & Booking Process

  • Artist profiles are displayed to potential clients for informational and inquiry purposes only.

  • SOS Party does not guarantee visibility, leads, or bookings.

  • When a client expresses interest, SOS Party will contact the artist or their representative to check availability and fees.

  • The artist is under no obligation to accept any opportunity presented.

6. No Exclusivity

  • Listing on SOS Party is non-exclusive and does not restrict artists from working with other agencies or platforms.

  • SOS Party does not claim to be the exclusive representative or agent for any artist unless expressly agreed to in writing.

7. Profile Maintenance & Updates

  • Artists are responsible for keeping their profile content accurate and updated.

  • If at any point an artist wishes to modify or remove their profile, they may email [email protected], and SOS Party will act upon the request within a reasonable time frame.

8. Use of Artist Identity

  • SOS Party will not represent any artist as being affiliated, endorsed, or managed exclusively unless such a relationship exists contractually.

  • All profile listings are purely informational and formatted for event inquiry facilitation only.

  • Artist profiles are not intended to suggest formal partnerships or endorsement unless stated.

9. Legal Compliance & Indemnity

  • The artist affirms that all submitted content is either owned by them or they hold legal rights to use and distribute it.

  • The artist agrees not to upload any content that infringes upon the rights (including intellectual property or privacy) of third parties.

  • The artist agrees to indemnify SOS Party and its affiliates against any legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from breach of these terms or misuse of third-party content.

10. Modifications to the Terms

  • SOS Party may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
