League of Legends is an indoor corporate team-building experience designed around a mix of communication, creativity, strategy, trust, and friendly competition. Rather than being a single game, it combines several interactive challenges such as The Blind Snake, The Infinite Loop, Egg Drop Construction, WhatsApp Warriors, Lava Flow, and Minefield. The format gives employees multiple ways to participate while encouraging stronger collaboration and team communication.
The experience can feature 4–6 activities selected from a wider set of challenges. These can include the Infinite Loop handcuff challenge, Lava Flow river crossing, Newspaper Walk, WhatsApp Warriors, Egg Drop Construction, Minefield, and other energizers or team mixers. Each activity focuses on a different skill, so participants move between physical, creative, strategic, and communication-based challenges.
Yes. The activity is not based entirely on physical ability. While some challenges involve movement, others focus on strategy, creativity, communication, trust, delegation, and problem-solving. This allows employees with different personalities and strengths to contribute to their teams rather than making the experience dependent on fitness or sporting ability.
The activity is designed for 20–150 participants. Employees can be divided into smaller teams so that everyone gets an opportunity to participate in the different challenges. The number and combination of activities can be adjusted according to the group size, venue, event objectives, and available time.
